Passion Fruit Mango Rum Punch

Dangerously delicious… This Passion Fruit Mango Rum punch will be the star of any cocktail hour!

RECIPE - yields 2 drinks

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz white rum

  • 3 oz dark rum

  • 3 oz Passion Fruit juice (I use Ceres which can be found at most grocery stores in carton form)

  • 1.5 oz lime juice

  • 1.5 oz mango simple syrup (made by combining equal parts water and granulated sugar in a saucepan with 1 fresh mango sliced and boiling for 10-15 minutes while stirring constantly)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice.

  2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

  3. Pour into glasses with ice and top with more passion fruit juice, a splash of grenadine, and a fresh slice of mango.
